liberty stands, and stands for a United States that has rebounded from this
stronger than before. We are no longer Northern, or Southern, or
Western... Christian or non-Christian, black, white, gay, straight, brown, or whatever else has divided us -
we now must realize we are all Americans, and stand together during this, and
all future times.

web site for the town of Powder Springs, Georgia. Take a few minutes to
look around and learn a bit about your town, and explore the site! Be
patient if you're using a slower connection. There's a lot to see on here,
and it may take slower modems a minute or two to load up. If you are a
repeat viewer, you may wish to click on your browser's "Reload" or
"Refresh" button to make sure the newest version of the site loads.
What IS the Powder Springs Post?
Think of it as an alternative, unofficial, web site that will give residents and
visitors a variety of information about the town of Powder Springs. On
this site, we offer useful town information, helpful web page links, as well as
a town message board, restaurant reviews, and more. This is meant to be a FUN
site, and not meant to be an official gateway to the city, or a stuffy town
government information site (although there are useful town numbers and
information articles on the City page). Take time to explore. Updates usually occur no less than once every
month. Your web hosts here have together, put up this personal
site to share with others who wish to see it. While some of the content
(area attractions, etc.) are written by these hosts, a good bit of the material
comes from residents who EMAIL
US with stories, items of interest, reviews, and more. Keep the mail
coming, but keep in mind the theme of this site is to have FUN
- it's not the New York Times, so we will not print anything of a political or
religious nature that is submitted, be it positive or negative comments about
political leaders, or specific religious quotes, outside of a coming
"Cheers & Jeers" section. More and more people of completely
different nationalities, religious faiths, and political leanings, are moving to
our town, so these two topics are a no no here. Lighten up, time.
