Fund Donation Info
Over 300 police, firemen & women, and
paramedics lost their lives along with the thousands of civilians in the tragedy
in New York City. These people literally gave their own lives trying to
save others, and leave behind grieving families. Their financial troubles
do not end just because it's been over a year since the attack. We all know police and
firemen are paid pathetically low wages to begin with, but to leave grieving
families behind with no financial support only adds to the problem. If you
wish to donate money to the Fireman's Fund to help support these families, you
can find info at the NYC site by clicking HERE.

Strangely enough, we
couldn't find info on the NYC Police pages regarding where to make donations for
the fallen Police funds, but by clicking HERE
you can at least get to their web site with contact phone numbers, etc.
The next time you think
about ordering that extra pizza, or going out to rent another video, or
something else you don't REALLY need, please, think about these fallen heroes
and their families, and send that money to their funds instead.
